Within this signature treatment is a warmed stone back massage, where smooth, heated stones are used to gently release tension, stimulate circulation, and soothe the skin. The comforting warmth helps the body relax deeply, creating a receptive state for the nourishing Heilmoor clay mask.
The Heilmoor clay used for this treatment is a rare, mineral-rich mud harvested from deep in the Austrian Alps Treasured for its restorative and revitalizing properties. It is a sensory journey that nourishes the skin, stimulates circulation, and invites profound relaxation.
Gently applied, the clay draws out impurities while infusing the skin with vital minerals, leaving it soft, hydrated, and luminous. Its natural warmth soothes tension and supports the body’s innate detoxification processes, creating a quiet moment of renewal for both body and mind.

What is Sound Therapy?
Sound is one of the most direct ways our environment influences how we feel. The brain is constantly processing auditory information, using it to assess rhythm, predict patterns, and interpret whether a space feels stimulating or calming. Because of this close connection between sound and perception, the types of sounds we hear can shape our experience of relaxation.
Integrating Sound for Deep Relaxation
In my practice, sound therapy is gently woven into treatments to support a calm, immersive environment. I offer sound therapy is offered both as a standalone service and as a complementary element within other treatments. In either setting, it is used with intention to support rest, relaxation and inner stillness.
During sessions, instruments such as singing bowls may be used to introduce gentle tones and subtle vibrations into the space. These sounds are designed to support the body’s natural relaxation response and encourage a deeper sense of presence.
When incorporated into other treatments, sound becomes part of the overall sensory environment- alongside elements such as aromatherapy, therapeutic touch, and atmosphere- to deepen the restorative quality of the session.
