When the body enters a relaxed state, the body enters a “rest and restore” state, delivering oxygen and nutrients that help support cell renewal. This is why my sessions are often paired with calming environments, warm towels, soothing aromas, and gentle massage- they enhance both the experience and the body’s natural regenerative response.

In my practice, sound therapy is intentionally integrated into some spa sessions as part of the overall sensory experience. I incorporate sound as one of several environmental elements designed to support relaxation.

With intuitive touch and expert technique, I guide you through layers of curated treatments- from rare botanical infusions and warm stone facial massage to advanced lifting techniques and deeply restorative masks.

    Every detail is intentional. Ambient lighting, curated soundscapes, and a calm, unhurried pace dissolve stress and elevate the experience into something beautiful. Skin is left visibly transformed- luminous, sculpted, and deeply hydrated- while your inner world feels lighter, quieter, and whole.

The Reset Ritual

  • The Reset Ritual is a focused mind and body treatment rooted in proven techniques that support relaxation, mental clarity, and emotional balance. Delicate notes of white tea and fresh lavender set a calm, grounding tone.

    Soft dry brushing stimulates circulation and refreshes the skin, followed by gentle heated stone effleurage bodywork. Heilmoor clay harvested from the Austrian Alps with over 100 herbal, plant, and flower species, trace minerals, vitamins, and other phytonutrients purify, revitalize and renew the skin and body. Guided mindfulness meditation and immersive sound therapy invite the nervous system to slow, allowing the body to reset naturally.

With over 16 years as a licensed esthetician and 12 years as a Registered Nurse, my work is rooted in a deep understanding of the skin and its ever-changing needs. By integrating these disciplines, I create treatments that are both results-driven and deeply restorative.

Beyond the skin, my advanced training in applied positive psychology shapes the philosophy behind every experience. Spatellectual facials are an immersive experience that go beyond skincare alone. Thoughtful sensory elements, including gentle sound, soft touch, and ASMR-inspired techniques are woven throughout the facial to help create a deeply calming environment where the nervous system can settle.
