Workshops & Wellness Retreats

Workshops & Wellness Retreats

A Blend of Reflective, Interactive, and Immersive Elements

From time to time, I offer virtual and in-person wellness retreats and training experiences designed to support relaxation, reflection, and practical well-being in meaningful, engaging ways. Each experience may explore grounding, gratitude, mindfulness, meditation, stress awareness, and everyday wellness practices through guided discussion and accessible techniques. Informed by my background in psychology, these retreats are created with attention to how environment, reflection, and simple practices can support calm, clarity, and a greater sense of balance.

Depending on the setting and goals of the group, retreats may include supportive visual presentations, guided workbooks, reflective writing prompts, immersive activities, mindfulness exercises, and gentle practices that encourage presence, participation, and personal insight. Sessions are often designed for small businesses, schools, and educational communities seeking restorative, thoughtfully guided experiences that prioritize well-being and meaningful connection. Each retreat is shaped to fit the needs, pace, and focus of the group. These retreats integrate naturally into workplace wellness initiatives, providing restorative experiences that support balance, presence, and everyday well-being. If you are interested in bringing a retreat or workshop to your organization, I invite you to reach out.

“I really appreciated how Kristen met everyone where they were at (in terms of thoughts and level of stress.) I didn't feel pressured to reign in my thoughts (as I often do with guided meditations) because Kristen acknowledged that it was ok if our thoughts wandered or raced. (My words not hers :) ) Awesome session!” - Retreat Participant
