Sound Meditation

Sound Meditation Sessions

In my practice, sound immersion is gently woven into mindfulness meditation sessions to create a calm, supportive atmosphere. Sound is used with care and intention to support rest, relaxation, and a quiet sense of inner stillness. My approach is grounded in presence, intention, and meeting people where they are, whether in individual sessions or group settings. Sessions often blend grounding, guided meditation, gratitude, and sound therapy to create a calming and engaging experience

Instruments such as the rain disk may be used to introduce soft, layered tones that gradually fill the room. As the sounds unfold, many people find that their breath deepens, the body begins to soften, and the mind naturally grows quieter.

While each person’s experience is personal, there is also something meaningful about resting in sound alongside others. The shared atmosphere often creates a sense of ease and connection. Therefore, I offer both individual and group sessions.

Group Sound Meditation Sessions

Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering or a larger wellness event, sound therapy can become a meaningful and memorable part of the experience.

The experience is both deeply personal and beautifully collective.

“I really appreciated how Kristen met everyone where they were at (in terms of thoughts and level of stress.) I didn't feel pressured to reign in my thoughts (as I often do with guided meditations) because Kristen acknowledged that it was ok if our thoughts wandered or raced. (My words not hers :) ) Awesome session!” - Retreat Participant
