Welcome

Thank you for sharing this time of rest and care with me.

Just as a garden continues to flourish long after it has been tended, your skin benefits from the gentle care that follows today's treatment. This space has been created to support you between visits with aftercare guidance, everyday skincare recommendations, and seasonal insights as they become available.

Until we meet again, may your days be filled with moments of rest, beauty, and gentle care.

After Your Ritual

After Your Ritual

  • Avoid touching your face, as this could introduce bacteria into the skin

  • Avoid any exfoliating products, such as scrubs, acids (AHA/BHA), or retinol for at least 2 weeks

  • Avoid any exfoliating services, such waxing or laser treatments for at least 2 weeks or as directed

  • Avoid extreme workouts

  • Avoid the use of saunas, steam rooms, or hot yoga, as heat can overstimulate freshly treated skin

  • Avoid direct sunlight and always wear a physical broad-spectrum SPF as appropriate

  • Skip makeup for 24 hours so your skin can breathe freely

  • Please reach out and contact me if you have any questions or concerns

Everyday Care

A healthy complexion is cultivated through thoughtful, consistent care. Small daily practices often have the greatest influence on the long-term health and resilience of your skin.

Hydrate Well

Healthy skin begins with hydration. Drink enough water to support your body.

Cleanse Gently

Use a gentle, pH-balanced cleanser morning and evening to remove impurities while respecting the skin's natural protective barrier.

Moisturize Consistently

Layer hydration by applying a serum beneath a nourishing moisturizer/ facial oil to help maintain moisture and support a healthy skin barrier.

Protect Daily

Sun protection is one of the most effective ways to preserve the health and appearance of your skin. Wear a broad-spectrum mineral SPF 30 or higher each day and reapply as needed when outdoors.

Nourish From Within

A varied diet rich in colorful fruits, vegetables, healthy fats, and other antioxidant-containing foods supports overall wellness and healthy skin.

Rest & Restore

Quality sleep allows the body- and the skin- to perform its natural renewal processes. Prioritize rest whenever possible.

Simple Habits Matter

Fresh pillowcases, clean makeup brushes, and gentle, fragrance-free laundry products can all contribute to a healthy skin environment.

The Beauty of Slowing Down

Mindful Botanicals

Care is found not only in what we do, but in the attention we bring to each moment.

  • The ritual of washing your face at the end of the day

  • The comfort of warm water and a soft towel

  • The quiet pause before applying your favorite skincare

  • The feeling of sunlight through a window

  • The grounding presence of nature

  • The simple joy of taking a moment just for yourself

Small moments of care, repeated over time, become part of the way we nurture ourselves.

Calm Moments

Small rituals to carry the feeling of your treatment home.

  • Enjoy a cup of tea in a quiet moment

  • Take a slow walk outdoors and notice the changing seasons

  • Listen to calming music while getting ready for bed

  • Wrap yourself in a warm towel or robe after your skincare routine

  • Spend a few moments near a window with natural light

  • Read a few pages of a good book before sleep

  • Bring fresh flowers or greenery into your space as appropriate

A Kind Word

Every treatment is thoughtfully prepared with the hope that you'll leave feeling cared for, restored, and more connected to yourself. If your experience brought you a moment of peace, comfort, or renewal, I'd be honored if you shared it with others.
